You can use FollowLiker. Just add the keyword/tag used in the photo's caption as query and select "Users Who Liked" as query type. It should be able to find the photo with that keyword/tag and scrape the users who liked it.I need a custom instagram bot that can scrape users who have liked specific media and then after the users have been scraped for my accounts to like there most recent image.
