Custom Facebook Fan page

I'm planning to sell a "Custom Facebook Fan Page " service to my offline clients..

I'm no web designer and have limited coding knowledge.

It doesn't have to look like a $700 custom made fan page, but i just want my client's page to look decent and stand out.

Anyone have any idea of free sites that can help me accomplish this task?

Anyone have any idea where i can get awesome looking fanpage templates?

Or is there any place that teaches these, really wanna learn and earn some money.
