Custom Excerpt on Wordpress?

Hello guys, I don't know whether it's correct session or not. But here's my problem. I want to create a custom manual excerpt for each post. But in my wordpress themes, the custom excerpt doesn't display... Anyone know how to make the custom excerpt to show up or how to create a custom excerpt for each post?

P/S: No, it's not the "read more" type of thing, it's the custom manual excerpt, which's different from post content.

Is that the excerpt tab on your post creation page that doesn't show up? If it is, look at the tool bar at the top of your dashboard while creating / editing a post and you'll see the Screen Options menu, click on the drop down and check the excerpt tab to show.
