Custom Data Grabber - Premium Scrapebox Plugin - Anyone use this?

Just paid $47 for a plugin I can't get to work at all. I can't even get it to scrape a page title. Support is useless and basically does nothing but tell me to go fuck myself. "Well it works for me and for thousands of happy customers" - I am so glad it works for you, Mr. Fucking Prick, but it's not working for me.

Are there any of these thousands of happy customers who use this flawless perfect plugin with no problems whatsoever (except for stupid me!!!) on BHW who can attest to how great it is?

The custom data grabber is part of the Scrapebox core software and not a plugin.
Instead of blasting the developer on BHW, why not ask how to get something to work.

I would highly recommend that you look at loopline youtube tutorials.

Then come back here to ask more specific questions.

I'm not blasting the developer, I'm blasting whatever shithead support person I had the displeasure of communicating with. It's like he's taking my inability to get the plugin to function as a personal attack.

"Oh, your Toyota won't run? Well I'll have you know millions of very satisfied customers drive their Toyotas without a problem every single day!"

I already watched loopline's video about the plugin and followed it. I am using the plugin correctly and my inputs are valid. It simply will not produce results except in very specific instances, like being able to scrape the title of the Scrapebox website. I was unable to find any other sort of documentation or tutorials about this plugin, or even people just talking about it. Mostly people talk about the free custom data grabber that Scrapebox comes with, which does work but isn't as good as the paid one (in theory).

To start with, there is no paid version of the custom data grabber, so you may have been ripped off by someone else.
How about you show us some screenshots of your problem, and ask us how to fix it.

Yes I use it and have used it on various things. I have scraped many columns of data from databases around the internet for both myself and my clients. Ive never really had any issues, it did however take a bit to look at tall the options and how they play and understand how it works.

Anyway I have scraped everything from a small bit of data and columns to quite a lot.

are you getting some kind of error?

Also I would check security software, because if you cant scrape something really basic like a page title then something could be altering or blocking the pages from loading the data you want. So you can whitelist or add an exception for the entire scrapebox folder in all security software.

There actually is a paid version. The standard is setup to scrape a single piece of data, where as the custom data scraper that is part of the email scraper plugin is setup to scrape multiple pieces of data, with an excel style output and also it has more robust filters and options.
