Going back a couple years now, but there are definitely old threads illustrating what one might really need to know to use their own custom lockers and incentivized conversions on non-incent offers. There is a certain amount of maintenance to it, and staying under the radar. I bet if you look around the forum you can find what you need to know. I also wouldn't jump right in prior to learning as much information as possible otherwise your accounts will likely be banned, and your funds unpaid.
In the end I can tell you that making less money in more legitimate long-term ways pays the bills better than the quick-hit shortcuts. What may get missed here is that using non-incent offers on a content locked page is effectively incentivizing a non-incent lead. This generally means advertisers will have a much lower earnings on these leads, and may even take a financial loss. If that happens repeatedly on any given offer, network, or even an advertiser spots it across a pool of offers - you will get blocked, banned, and/or have earnings unpaid. So to do what you are saying you must ensure nobody ever catches on, and you also have to ultimately live with the fact that you are basically screwing a business partner.
An alternative approach although it is a lot more work is simply to scale what you're doing now which seems largely legitimate, i.e. you are at least complying with the terms of service. If you're not making as much money as you like you can cut corners, but it's likely to lead to a dead-end unless you are really thorough, and quite comfortable wearing heavy shoes.
Yo Shade - do dish on the "how to get in tight, reduce shaving, banning" information. I've tended to favor more of a spread it around approach to remain under the radar, but it sounds like your approach is better.
