Custom bot: Scrape visitors browser data (name, phone, etc.) in back-end when they are on your site?

Good day black hatters!

I am new into lead generation and have a question about coding. Is it possible to scrape data of visitors when they are visiting your website (without them knowing it)? I know of course that you can see their IP, but I would like to know all possible data about them (what their browser catched)?

I know in the past there was something as a facebook likebot which made them like a facebook page without knowing it.

Now I would like a custom bot created that scrapes all possible browser, cache and cookies information. Please drop a message if you are a programmer that can create something like that and what your rates are. Also if you can recommend a good programmer, you're always welcome to share there data. Honest and trustworthy client over here.

technically what you want not possible , with client side language like javascript you will be able to retrieve cookies only on same domain , so if you run the script on mysite.com you will get only mysite.com cookies and not other sites like FB ..., but there's ways considered "hacking" to get that information using different approach , it's illegal and also ppl could do it will charge you thousands of bucks to setup ....
