Custom Avitar Question

Does anyone know the criteria required to be able to create a custom avatar and have the ability to post urls in threads? Is it just based on membership time or does total threads, reps, thanks, etc have anything to do with it?

As for the avatar I added mine when I had over 100 posts. I don't know maybe you can add a custom one earlier. Have you tried?

Custom Avatar
In order to upload a custom avatar, you must be a member of the forum for at least 30 days and have at least 50 quality posts.

Custom Signature
You must be a member of the forum for 30 days and have 50 quality posts before you will be allowed to use a signature on this forum. In order to use images in your signature, you need to be a Donor or Jr. VIP.
