Calling all facebook ads experts to answer this question. What will happen if I use Custom Audience (Ex - Website Visitors - 180 Days) with detailed targeting (Ex - Mens Fashion). Will it work or not?

I would suggest instead creating a lookalike audience, FROM this audience. Because this current audience will just be retargeting ppl who have already visited ur website. Unless you are delivering them relevant creatives to retarget.

You are basically running a retargeting campaign , is ur goal to get people to buy your t shirt or just visit your page again . if its sales then use audience list of people who has bought from your shop
