No they stopped it a while ago, I couldn't find any other ways around it sadly.

Stopped in July. The new advertising UI either messed it up when it was brought out, or they deliberately removed it.
You can still use most of the features through the new marketing UI, but it's not the full deal any more. Importing Emails certainly still works (just done it).

It stopped a while back I guess in July or June.... You cant do it anymore
