Custom Audience Help - Wont Approve

Hey I was using custom audiences no problem. Then all of a sudden I can't get any ad approved with one.

When i remove the Custom Audience and remake the ad, it gets approved. But as soon as I add a custom audience, It gets Not approved.

Does anyone have experience with this? I have told Facebook I have permission from the leads etc. and they don't respond back, they just keep not approving.

Anyone got any tips/secrets on how to get around this?

I have Ads as we speak...running with Custom Audience...but when I go to make any new ones or Edit an existing I keep getting denied. Been working on it all yesterday and today, could use some advice.

They are banning hard on custom-audience list's lately.
As far as I know, there's no public woraround - only private.

Is this @facebook.com custom audience?

Make sure you are uploading @facebook.com emails as your custom audience ... just made a new ad and had no problems
