Currently disavowing links

Hi my site was hacked and I've been getting negative SEO

I'm currently disavowing links

I've downloaded all of my links from Google webmaster tools

What I'm finding is the negative SEO links have been happening since October of last year, ( I can see this is the first seen section)

Could this be correct?

The anchor text words are "Microsoft download" etc.

How can I stop this if they have been attacking my website for so long?

anyone have any experience with this?

I wouldn't waste my time with disavow unless rankings drop.

The anchor looks strange for a negative SEO campaign.
