Who currently provide best High rention links? Is that still Bigbuddy?
Are there any big changes about youtube that affect us in last few months?

i use ruoall from 1 month and all the time he delivered the best results. try it for $3 and see for yourself.
 
there are many sellers, i think most of them are selling 95% rentation.

try all then use the person who worked best.

For Retention Views there are a few providers left on the BST section.

The only chances lately are YouTube eliminating The Era of BLASTING VIEWS; their new system kicks in almost every month.
 
My vote goes to 2 providers Bigbuddy and Ruoall, they are the best for me.

Haha yeah until they found out he was actually one of the biggest suppliers of views! :') I've worked on quite a few projects with him, so I can vouch 100% :)
