I use captaintweet and do 30 daily like and 30 daily follows with no issues.

My finding says 400+ follow - 700+ likes a day -- even more with a brand new 4 days account!

400+ a day?? I usually get locked and need to "prove I'm human" after 100 follows with 60-90 secs delay between each.
