Current scraping practices?

I see that IG has changed recently. When Jarvee was available, I believe you could scrape thousands of likes of individual posts as well as thousands of followers at once. It looks like within the app, IG has now capped how many followers you can see, as well as people who liked a post. What is currently possible? Are there any tools available that would still allow me to scrape thousands, or tens of thousands of usernames that liked one post? Would I now need many proxies for this?

There are some members offering IG scraping services.
I don't think they are going to share what they use for their job.
Jarvee is long gone with all other public bots.

There's probably still a few good tools for that. Check around the Marketplace section for some leads on it. I can imagine the more sophisticated tools are proprietary software these days.

yes there are tools availabe in the market that can help you.

There is one website which does all the scraping for you, you just pay and get the results. Note that if the username you want to scrape from has decided to hide the followers or likers, no tool will be able to help in that case.

If you want to do it yourself, make sure you get scraper (burner) accounts for that, because you'd be getting the accounts you use for the scraping banned quite fast. We're scraping over 500.000 profiles per day, and we burn around 100 accounts per day for that.

But as others have suggested, it might be easiest and cheapest to find a service provider to do that for you, since it's a much more complicated process than it was a few years ago.

I've been wondering for several weeks which are the best scrapping tools from a dev standpoint. Personally I've been testing with Puppeteer because I like the degree of personalization you can achieve with the information presented to the server. But maybe there are other much more efficient tools (I'm kind of newbie in terms of scrapping, is one of my clear pending subjects)
