Current recommendations for SEO VPS?

I did do a search but most threads on this are pretty old.

I'm looking for a VPS with SEO tools installed and a good combination of reliability, speed, and price.

GSA and Capcha Breaker are the two main tools I'm looking for.

Any current recommendations and/or what to stay away from?
