I've just started Twitter and I'd like to know what are limitations nowadays? How many times can I post a link to the same url and domain per day? Followings ~900 a day is ok? What about unfollowing? Thanks for help.
Depends on the nature of your tweets and links. If a couple of people will report your tweet and link, You'll get suspended.
I'd say 900 follows is too much. 100-200 is definatelly safe
