    1. Create a good bio.
    2. PVA your accounts.
    3. Read this guide.
    4. Set your accounts to within 50-80% of the limits and add 10-30 seconds to the delays.
    5. Set FL to sleep when you do.
    6. Set FL to stop one day a week.
    7. Read this method on scraping hundreds of images.
    8. Read this guide on uploading with FL.
    9. Go about your daily life.
    10. Because 9 steps are awkward.

Great generic reply, man. But, I think OP is looking for numbers. When I first started, I was looking for exact numbers too. I already posted my exact settings on another thread, so I don't want to duplicate it. I'm just quoting it. Here you go.

Kevin, these are great settings. I am using similar settings and getting decent return on it.

My question for you is... do you use the setting for following users who liked a certain photo? In a tutorial, it stated that this was actually one of the best ways of getting someone to follow you back because they are the most engaged...

Yes. It is always best to follow followers who liked or commented on the pictures of big accounts in your niche. They're more likely to follow you back.

The guides include numbers and the instructions cover something more important: protecting your accounts and having peace of mind.

Just throwing a bunch of numbers at OP does nothing to help him/her when most "recommended" settings have been hit with captchas, temp bans and even outright bans at one point or another. Mostly because they used those "recommended" settings without PVA'ing or giving FL some time off or just being in some part of the world where IG is rolling out algorithm tests.

That makes sense. But overloading OP with information is not likely to help him. I mean, putting your accounts to sleep is not necessary on low settings. The tasks automatically get done soon when you have fewer accounts. You can stop it for one day a week, but that's unnecessary too. They are not going to ban you for using their app every day (unless you're botting like crazy).

Also, I don't think Instagram is banning anyone for the same settings. I've been using the same settings on like three accounts, and I don't even have them on proxies (I have dynamic IP). I never got any warnings/bans till date.

AFAIK, these are the few things that will get you banned.
    • Not using a PVA.
    • Following and Unfollowing on the same day.
    • Mass Follow/Liking (more than 1000) with new accounts.
    • Mass Unfollows (more than 600) with new accounts.
    • Using the same comment/caption for every post or same DM for everyone.
    • Automating uploads without spinning the captions correctly.
    • Link to direct CPA offers.
    • Affiliate links.
    • The same number of likes/comments/follows every day.

I was looking for numbers as my current settings are damn slower than Instagress but his post helped me with scraping photos so I like to give thanks where it is due. @KenTZ my tattoo account was made last October and my fitness was made after a few months later after my tattoos so they are quite aged. Both of my accounts are phone verified(PVA is it?) and I only use FL to Follow, Like and Unfollow(seperately).

I follow and like for 2 days then for one day I don't use bots. The next day I unfollow. Is this okay?

EDIT: Tattoo account has 6k follows while fitness has 5k follows. Started using instagress at 2k

Yep. It is okay. But it is way too low. If you're really scared and paranoid, your settings are fine. My opinion is that you don't need such a big break time in between your tasks.

If you want to gain followers quick but still stay under the radar, you can safely follow for six days and unfollow for one day. Just remember not to go overboard and don't follow and unfollow on the same day.

You're not using FL to automate photo upload/comment, you're using aged accounts with low settings, and they're PVA (yes, Phone Verified Accounts). I'm hoping you're using the same IP for the accounts too. Your account is already as safe as it can get. Don't worry about the ban hammer. You'll be good as long as you don't make the mistakes I've bulleted in my previous post.

One more thing I'd like to tell you is, don't follow a pattern. Like, Monday to Friday: Follow days and Sunday: Unfollow day. Just do it on random days every week.

I am using the settings that were mentioned in ImRistos Tutorial. I am assuming those settings were outdated default settings and the reason why bot follows 400 people and does 200 likes. I copied the exact settings from the tutorial until I found numbers that would help.

As for the question of using same IP address for the accounts yes I am. I don't think I need proxies unless I am running hundreds of accounts. I was thinking not to follow a pattern because I have a bad memory when it comes to following patterns anyway :p
