This is my first post here. First of all, I'd like to say that BHW is awesome and really, really useful, I've learned a lot from here. Thank you!
Second... Well, a friend of mine is going to open a new business, he had a great idea and he is currently putting it into practice with my help. However now he/ we faced a serious doubt: the currency. What currency should we use, USD or EURO? The business is going to be web based.
In my opinion, we should use USD simply because it's the currency used on the Internet and on the market we are going to enter (Internet advertising).
On the other hand, he says that we should use EURO because EURO is our daily-life currency (we live in Europe), a lot of our potential advertisers use EURO as their daily-life currency, EURO is the currency of the future, EURO has more value than USD and EURO is the safest currency to save our money. I find his arguments debatable, at least. What do you think?
If you lived in Europe and you were going to open an Internet based business related to Online advertising, which currency would you use?
