Curious ... Anyone shed any light on this?

So ... I registered a new domain yesterday, and threw WP on the site, with a theme. Haven't submitted it to G yet, or anywhere. Yet when I search it, using site:MYDOMAIN.com I get this, stamped 9/16/14



How in sam hell does G time stamp my site at 9/16/14 when it was just created yesterday, and from what I can tell, has never been registered?

I guess it doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things .. Just very strange.

Do you check to see if that post is actually has this date? Otherwise, I'd love to hear others thought about this, too.

I know WHY I was indexed ... I was just curious as to why it was dated that date. Guess I should refrain from asking newbie questions (''.)

I deleted the Hello, World post. I guess it must have been that. Prolly the release of WP 4.0, I guess.

goog indexed your pages based on your post date not your domain registered date

WP 4.0 rolled out about then. That would be my guess.
