This is a method that theinternethustler and I did a while ago but didn't really push it. As a matter of fact I've only posted only 1 or 2 ads on CL and made a few bucks. Just didn't have time to mess with it too much.

So here are the steps:

1. Post CL(craigslist) ads in the Women seeking Men section. Recommendation: go to Philadelphia(or some other city) and then pick an ad that has been on there for at least a few hours and hasn't been flagged. Then go to a city of your choice (not Philly) and paste that ad along with its title and pictures.

2. Set up a delayed autoresponder and once people email you send a similar message to this:

"Hi babe, thanks for replying to my ad. Your email caught my interest but i don't think it's gonna work out since you seem like a loser. I found a site online that's making fun of you cuz u r trying to pick up chicks online...haha your pics are all over the site and your personal info too lol...check it out loser www.yoursite.com"

Now it is important to have some kind of landing page set up with some comments on it as well. Also the page needs to be geotargetted so that it looks legit. So once they try to look at the site the gateway (blackhatcode breaker) will pop up:rolleyes:

Here are landing page examples:

Once they try to click on any of the links on the LP the gateway will pop up:

Naturally they will be super curious and their curiosity will lead them to complete your offer (email submit, zip submit, ringtones, quizzes, surveys, toolbar installs, click adsense ads:rolleyes: etc).

So if you are able to post 20-30 or more ads a day you should be able to make a decent amount of money.

P.S. Theinternethustler did all the technical stuff. I suck at it:)

Enjoy and good luck.

Thats funny.

edit: Not saying it dont work though, just enjoyed it

dating site works the same way - if the person has to pay to read a message and they get a so called message from someone they will eventually sign up and pay to read it.... $$$

hence build your own dating site!

haha yep it is funny. It does work but you need to do volume. Or in other words post a good amount of ads which shouldn't be too hard just time consuming if it isn't automated.

Thats a great idea, and Im sure some cool spins could be thrown in there.

Im thinking these leads though would be more on the "incentivized" side even though its not 4 cash.

I like the dating site idea too, Im just wondering what networks would take those.

Yes, you are incentivizing offers but if you blank the referrer and the traffic converts than you can use any offer you wish.

Wow, this is downright genius! (With a little evil mixed in.) I'm glad I belong to this forum, 'cause I could never think of all these evil little tricks on my own.

YEA, I'm a 'goody two shoes'! (Does anyone understand that expression?)

Anywhoo, great trick!

You virtual blackmailer er Blackhatter you.
Pretty brainy working the human emotions.

gotta love it...great method...just goes to show what happens when you think outside the box!

Lol now this is one funny spin! I have been getting messages like that but via sites like myspace and messenger.

That is a nice, interesting spin. Nice little method you got there.

where do you guys come up with these ideas? Is there any hidden bible that I really need to read, lol.

Nice tip bro!

ohhhh, here's a few spins...

say their name was in a registered sex offender's database
or
say that their info is listed on an std warning website

haha yep, you could definitely spice it up even further if you wanted to.

I love threads that instantly make you think of more ideas.

quick question, if u have "craigslist" in the domain name would u get asked to take the domain down or would they not really find out

No, I don't think they would, unless the company itself requested it.
