CTR With My Mobile Phone & Chips

I want to do google CTR with my mobile phone chips
I have 10 mobile phone chips
What are the cheapest options that will work with Google
- Spoof the location to be anywhere
- Simulate live driving between spoofed locations

My idea is to manually
Set the location
Search Google for a few keywords and go to the website
Call the business
Get Directions and start driving to the destination

I have tried Lockito GPS but I'm not sure if it's working
Looked at - imyfone.com/location-changer/

Any thoughts?

I have had Google success with Lockito GPS
I got some cheap phones and swapped out the sims
An interface to control all phones would be magic as it's very manual,
But it's done within 30 minutes which is a lot cheaper than these options (more profit)

Using 10 mobile, how many business are you targeting? What have you thought about digital fingerprinting by Google?
