CTR Theme Question

Do I really need a border around my ads to keep me from getting not banned with Adsense?

Obviously, the ad blends much better into my white background without a border.

Was wondering if anyone else is running CTR Theme without a border seperating the Ad Unit from the content.

I'm handling a few sites with the CTR theme on them, and currently don't have any problems with adsense, but the only thing which I did is removed the upper ads (above the title) and moved them aside.

How do we do since Author of this theme eppie sold site on flippa and If we have problem with theme how do we contact them?
