People keep saying CTR & Retention are the most important factors to get the algorithm to push your video?

Please can someone explain to me why on this 40 minute video, with 56%+ retention, 13% CTR, 100% likes, and some comments, that Youtube doesn't push my video, 4 days after publishing?

People love my videos, but they don't get pushed! Channel is under 1 year old, but I have 34 videos, all 10 minutes+ with nothing but good engagement.

It's kind of frustrating tbh.

Keep pushing more videos like this. Now there is too much competition on youtube so it can take some time.

Metrically, your channel should take off if it's not into micro-niches.

Upload more videos, don't stop. Consider collaborating to reach a wider audience.

you need to keep uploading.
once you start getting more impressions, you'll gain more views.
its not hard to have a high ctr with not a lot of views, that simply means youtube isnt showing your videos to many people yet.
you just need to upload more.
34 videos is a decent amount, but depending on your niche, that can be too little.

5 comments and 12 likes? you need at least 50 comments and 200 likes with 1K views.

If it's evergreen content, don't worry, it takes a while, but YouTube will recommend you.
the first week collects information from the video and then begins its second phase.

patience, I have some videos that have taken up to 3 months to be recommended by youtube and now they have thousands of visits per day.
