micrworkers.com is a portal. you can sign up there and setup your campaign. there are thousands of real workers in that portal . you assign a micro task like search your keyword on google > go to page 2 > click your website > engage with is. they do the job and you pay them a little fee.

microworkers has very limited or repeated workers. if you create a CTR manipulation campaign, set your frequency to low. still you may get lot of traffic because some workers just explore what your job is. they increase bounce rate. if you need few clicks/day to manipulate CTR then do it manually
