CTR manipulation does work, but it needs to be done right.
what do I mean by done right, you need to have mobile proxies GMAIL accounts on hand to carry out the CTR manipulation.
the short answer is yes it does work, very well in fact, you just need to fool google thinking those clicks are real!

You tell them to use a VPN on your desired location or just ask for directions wherever they are in the world lol?
