CTR Booster software, registration problem

Hi folks
Today I have a problem with my CTRBooster licence. I had to restart my VPN, then the software needed the registration id again.
Afterwhat I got this.
I already downloaded the .exe demanded here, it is already on my VPN but I still have this error message and I don't get why.
So I contact the CTRBooster support by email, but since they are maybe around there, I also create this post. Because Maybe someone else also had this same problem and can help me to solve this
