Hi guys,

It's been a month now, on my website i have a good amount of visitors but the adsense ctr is the maximum of 1.5%
I tried different placements, my website is mobile friendly.
I even tracked the visitors to see if they read my articles they do and they browse multiple pages.

Can you please give me a tip to fix this.

Thank you

You need better Ads placement, maybe someone help you with that but If you can pay there are some servises online giving service about ads placements.

do you work with paid traffic ?

I think that for some niches it's normal to have 1% - !.5% CTR. Still, I would check if ads are relevant to the audience.

I'm on the same boat mate, my CRT is 1.7%. I tried changing positions, ad types, monitoring user activity using a heatmap... and that is as high as I got.

What is your RPM by the way?

I guess it's normal for Balkan market assuming your website targets it.

I noticed that i get paid only per clicks i dont get the rpm amount when the ad unit is viewed more than 1000 is that normal?

Change the theme to more adsense friendly theme. I recommend any theme from Genesis.

Then, create adsense custom channel and block view unrelated ads for better cpc (don't block too many advertisers).

ATM my ctr is between 2%-4% and rpm $20 after I optimize my site using above tricks. (it's all depends on your niche and advertiser's competition).

Rpm $20 means you get a high cpc or when you get 1000 view on that ad unit you get paid $20

Wow, I'd like to hear more about your ad placements, types, and niche. My RPM is around $6 and I thought it was high...
