CSS problem need help.

Hi guys its me again.,i have problem with my css navigation menu.,when i view it on google chrome it shows normal.,but when i view it using different browser(mozilla and internet explorer) it will deform.,does any1 know how to fix it?

one big problem is your css ... and tons of image,use css sprite your site is making tons of http req ... you have to wait till i arrange your css. pm me your email..
