Hey everyone,

I know that Cryptomus offers 2% fees, but ive seen people with lower fees - how does one get them lower?

You make a turnover of more than 10k per month, turn to Cryptomus, they reduce your commission to 0.1.
It's simple.
Even if there is no such turnover, still contact support. All commission reductions go through an appeal and individual consideration.
 
Cryptomus is a cryptocurrency payment processor. In the past year i used this but, now i don't use cryptomus. Because, they hold my balance once i go to withdraw it.
 
Contact your account manager. Mine reached out to me and offered better commission rates after I stopped using their services for a while. That brought me back, although I had another issue, which they later resolved.

Cryptomus connected the AML checker, so KYC became a necessity. Without it, withdrawal is impossible.
 
In my case, cryptomus staff sent me a telegram message and I got a discount on the fee.
