Cryptocurrency security questions

Can crypto currency adresses be blacklisted so you would not be able to use crypto (withdraw or exchange it) anywhere?
Suppose you sell something and accept cryptocurrency. Someone used stolen or black crypto funds and sent it to you to buy the goods/service Can you experience problems in this case? Will your adress get blacklisted too? cause you received black crypto funds? Or I am exaggerating? What could be done in this case?
