Hey guys so I decided to start trading with cryptocurrency. Any site or place I can get crypto pairs . Please any help he appreciated.

Binance and CEX are good. BitMex for the more advanced, let me know if you need more info

If you have to ask BHW where to get 'crypto pairs', I can confidently say you should not be investing in crypto. Put your money into some low risk investment like CDs or add to your 401k if you have that sort of thing.

Crypto Exchanges (domestic)

Coinbase / Coinbase Pro (San Francisco)
Binance US (coming soon)
Kraken (San Francisco)
Bittrex (Seattle)
Poloniex (San Francisco)
Gemini (New York; Winklevoss Twins)
Hbus (Huobi US; Boston)
Bitflyer USA (San Francisco)

Crypto Exchanges (foreign; no US customers allowed)

Binance
Bitfinex
Bitmex
Bitseven
Deribit

Also, this is true. Investing in crypto can ruin you if you're not careful. I just though I'd answer the question, but caution is always advised

I agree. You shouldn't be asking such fundamental questions like this on BHW. It shows you haven't done ANY research on the topic as a real quick Google search would bring you all the answers you need. ANY crypto exchange will allow you to trade pairs.

What is a typical spread like for a pair. I imagine it is very big.

No idea what you're asking? There is no 'typical' spread for anything in crypto. A spread is whatever it's going to be, and there are a 100's of trading pairs. Spread all depends on what exchange you use, available liquidity, what kind of money you use (USD, EURO, etc.), or what kind of stablecoins (PAX, USDT, etc.), or if you trade against other coins (BTC, ETH, BNB, etc.)

Try binance lot of pairs now and one of the top exchange out there. By the way you can now buy crypto with credit card on binance.

Coinbase PRO is the best if you are based in the US.

I once tried to find some pairs to trade but found that in the crypto world it is nearly impossible to find a pair of coins with sufficient correlation. I mean yes, they do correlate (BTC and LTC, for example), but the rate of correlation is too low thus making it impossible to have steady trading profits. Now with stocks that's a real thing, you can find such pairs relatively easily using many online tools.
