Having had spent a lot on or in Casinos I would say to be cautious. Theres a load of nefarious sites out there waiting to get your money. Review sites are sometimes no better, giving ratings based on how much the site owner paid. Theres lots of redflags to watch out for before choosing a casino.
Go with a site with good reviews, that is licensed and has been around a while. If you live in NJ or NV theres some good options. AVOID for instance casinos that are hosted out of Eastern Europe without good certificate that have bad interface.
Theres only so many game providers/software providers out there. I know for instance with RTG(?) software the casino owner can change the pay tables.
Lots of shady casino sites out there not paying out, its a mess. Ive personally had my internet go down for no good reason (other than possible DDOS) when playing blackjack live. Lets just say I would of won if I could have been able to HIT.
Some offer bonuses, but usually the freeplay has to have a large amount wagered. One reason I rarily take bonus'.
If youre playing for Twitch viewers know your returns on views and dont go crazy wagering tons, Ive made and lost thousands in the span of minutes.
Take advantage of affiliate sign up, to get yourself a small % back if possible. Just a though.
Theres sites like Stake where whales are wagering whole BTC left and right, give it a look, its quite interesting. Theres facets and all kinds of marketing angles used to bring in new money to these sites too.
With all this being said theres still probably no 100% slot machines online (pays out). Thats possible in Las Vegas on some video poker machines. So youd lose a small percent in the long run. Poker has some skill involved where you can turn a profit, but the game online isnt the same these days with the regulations and seating scripts. BUT theres rakeback tables that can be setup still. Each will have its own caveats.
If you research in depth then perhaps you can find the pay tables for the specific game. Im not sure how online, but like the casino software theres certain providers of these games. In real life at casinos they have a USB like device you can check the % on machines, but casinos dont like that either.
Thats my 2 cents
