Are there coins out there that passively or almost passively generate income outside of investment gains?

Only way to passively earn is through mining, bitcoin or ethereum for example. But even then it's not guaranteed that the price won't drop.

Crypto is one of the most risky investments at the moment, you can't get a safe "side income" just by buying a coin. Or by buying stocks/currencies either for that matter.

eelajt has a good point. You can take advantage of the ways to earn outside of investing but the risk of coins dropping in price is real

Id recommend bitcoin or ethereum but since u specified "passively generate income outside of investment gains?" try C20 they're index funds for cryptos

Individually NEO, ARK,Steemit, Shopcorn, and kucoin

Ethereum and OmiseGo are both going POS this year so you can stake your coins/tokens to help verify transactions across their networks and earn additional income that way. Fees and amounts have not been confirmed for either yet.

NEO already has something similar, you hold your NEO and you passivly earn their GAS token.

DeepOnion gives you the 5% of your total wallet everyweek for another 11 weeks

don't trust those Crypto and bitcoin or ethereum , nothing is guaranteed my friend

Honestly you'd get more money investing in a coin you know has emerging technologies (ETH/BTC as a more recent example). Just buy and hodl is my opinion

There are multiple methods to earn crypto passively and then you can use the crypto to purchase seo services etc to increase the gains in the long run. And then use those gains to recycle back into the system.

Check the coins of exchanges that share their profit like KCS (Kucoin), BNB (Binance), COSS. I have few KCS earning few dollars a day.

Check those coins that you could stake (POS) like OkCash, etc. But you need to open the walletload and computer/VPS running to do the staking

Best is to get NEO. It generates GAS even if wallet and computer are closed and not running.
