Crypto Twitter Potential But No Leads - What would you do?

Long story short: I have a crypto twitter account that's active since early 2017. Only 6k+ followers but I have lot of big followers in the niche, even followed by one of the biggest crypto exchange's CEO.

Never tried to make money with it, shared a few crypto exchange referral links with small success. Lately I've tried to monetize it, shared a lot of affiliate links with my charts, even shared some Amazon affiliate links but no conversion.

Then I remembered I should ask the experts here what am I doing wrong or if anyone has any idea which direction should I move? I'm really active there and to be honest it feels like a bad joke that I can't make money with it while I hear that other accounts make crazy money of referrals only.

Can I reply to myself to bump the thread? Anyway I just feel like it shouldn't be this hard to monetize it somehow. Maybe I should write some courses on my crypto experience? Start a trading group? Sell the account and forget crypto?

Your followers are not interested in affiliate programs. Maybe try to promote your account on social media and get some followers who are interested in this first if you want to make money of it. Also share some paid knowledge is not a bad idea. Start with a low price.

Thank you for your reply! You're right, I should work on getting more followers from a different target group. Somehow reach the beginners. Also thinking of starting a paid group where I'd share my trading ideas and analysis. But that would be a never-ending full time job and I need to prepare for it if I want to make it on a professional-level.

maybe the programs are not compelling enough to your followers? Hows ur engagement in normal posts?
