Crypto Token Marketing

You're welcome.
For me, I have created ERC-20 and BEP-20 tokens. Also, I had a token on the Polygon Layer 2 blockchain. One was a slight success for some time. The others were flops. I've also been an administrator with several other tokens with cool projects behind them.

I'd only do it that way because I saw how much money I was wasting with people that ultimately should not have been trusted, regardless of how trustworthy they seem. There were some very tough lessons learned, but I did learn them. I feel that the next go I make at it, things may very likely be much different.

I'd say it'd be wise to go in with rather deep pockets, knowing that there will just be those times where you'll find yourself getting scammed. It's inevitable. Also by now, I've made some pretty solid connections through all my trial and error, and I feel we'd be able to hit the ground running, but in doing so, we'd need investment money.

If I had to do it all again, there are many things I'd do differently. For starters, I've already done the hardest part, which is meeting people. When I first started, I had nobody. Absofreakin'-lutely NOBODY! ..and it was HELL.

That's one thing that would be different -- I know have a small circle of friends I can trust to help push it forward. To me, that's the hardest part.
Another thing I'd do differently, is setup a far more powerful pre-launch. I'm talking, months in advance. 3 or 4 months. And during that time, I'd go really hard on marketing. Smart marketing. I'd make sure to have a full set of professionally designed Telegram stickers, during this time.
However, prior to that time (probably a year or so beforehand), I'd build a crypto website and do all in my power to get it ranked in the most blackhat ways imaginable, to start things off.
YOU WILL KNOW MY WEBSITE LONG BEFORE YOU EVER KNOW I HAVE A CRYPTOCURRENCY IN THE WORKS.

I would hire virtual assistants to be in the chat 24/7.
I'd have chats in multiple languages with hired virtual assistants to man those chats.
I would NOT use any scripts to pull people into the chats. I know they sound so appealing to have thousands and tens of thousands of people in the chat to inflate the numbers (and yes, I know these are mostly real people), but it's not worth the headache AND they take up precious space and may not even be aware of the fact that they're in the chat.

There are tons of things I'd do differently, to be honest. Like I said... Lessons learned.

Now you don't "NEED" a budget like that to launch a crypto. However, you're already going to be wearing so many hats. Being able to outsource things will take some burdens off of you.
I'd also hire a project manager. That's a massive hat that I don't want to have to wear, in addition to all the other hats I'd already be wearing.

Sorr I have taken some time to get back to you. Work can defiantly make time fly sometimes! However, I wanted to get back to you properly when I had the time to reply, as I have to say its rather amazing you have been on this journey!

I have a few business friends in which are either exploring this area but had success in other areas in the past or done small projects and seen a good bit of tractions. I would be keen to have a chat with yourself and maybe set up something and have a chat in person/over the phone or something if you fancy that let me know? I worked in finance a long time and been around capital funding a long while, which I can go into detail a bit more outside of BHW. I PM you my details or something.

I think marketing seems the pinnacle to most business models in finance for sure. The ones I have seen blew up always had very good marketing and that is for lots of different products I have seen over time. Your right as well, there's a lot of guys out there just marking everything up and your paying over the odds for services and if its not that, then its being over promised and under delivering. As the saying goes "you have to kiss a few frogs before you find a princess"!

Good thing is you are in a position now to get things done for sure. I noticed a lot of off-page SEO is a must and is a key part in marketing. Do you have any tips around SEO, guest blog sites etc... Using traffic into a website to entice sign ups to grow the user base is the area of study I need to understand before I make any investment in these projects for sure. Any tips here would be great!

What you need is to build up a base of people who will shill your coin for free (to pump their bags) across all channels. This is done by TG community building, which is done primarily by hiring experienced community managers and soft shillers (to get members to the TG). If you do this before paying influencers you will have more success.

Paying off youtube and twitter influencers without building a strong community means the influencer audience will hear about the coin, buy it, see it not pump immediately, dump it, FUD it. No matter what the influencer says this will happen, because the influencer won't keep reminding them to hold and believe.

So the way to avoid this is to have a strong community that keeps reminding people to be engaged and hopeful and willing to hold and shill even through slow periods ("this will explode in next bullrun" type talk). Also the community should be fun and a place that people don't want to leave (ie. they don't want to lose the social feeling by dumping their holdings). In similar way you need to gamify the shilling so that people feel compelled to shill Twitter etc. to feel like they belong.

Hiring good community managers is tough if you are not connected. I suggest to go to aeon gem chat (or similar), check the TGs of coins they mention in there, and look for admins in those TGs who are community building effectively. Then DM them to hire. But be prepared to pay 0.5 to 1 eth min a week for experienced skilled community managers. Make sure to vet them through interviews and proof of prior work, be very careful to not hire the scammer or inexperienced.

you may think this is BS, but this is how Luna, for example, was built. We were in the TG 24/7 organising Twitter shill raids and building community many months prior to doing any big influencer activity. I joined when it was costing .50c and it reached past $100 off the back of the dedicated sticky community being built in TG. Even the death spiral crash at $20 meant nothing because of the powerful community. And it had huge volume and liquidity through the pump past $100, not some fake shitcoin pump. Community building works and scales for real.
Sorry I haven't messaged back earlier I have been snowed under a little but wanted to reach out to appreciate taking the time to detail such a reply. Thanks!

What sort of gamification tactics have you seen which work and you would defiantly implant in your strategy?

How many managers would you get for this price? What would be the price for one manager? How many managers would you need to run the community effectively?
Make sure to vet them through interviews and proof of prior work
What sort of questions would you add in the interview process or better said, what sort of answers are you looking for to label someone as experience and you would be happy to hire them to be your community manager?

No I am all ears and this is very interesting, thank you! Can you give me examples of community building and any tips that will really help me build a great community? Also, how did you find the members and bring them into the TG group in the first place? What sort of Twitter shill raids did you do?

Just wanted to reach out and get an idea of how people are feeling in the sense of doing marketing in the crypto space right now.

I have been approached to do some crypto marketing for a Token and wonder if anyone can give me some tips and strategies that are working at the moment to reach the target market.

I know the likes of Twitter and Reddit played a big part in these token raises in the past but what sort of tactics/methods/funnels etc were used to bring in the users?

Thanks
The best tool for marketing crypto is twitter I think. You can post educational posts about crypto or crypto news and follow/unfollow, or bot it. Good luck!

Overall the best method for marketing crypto token is by using crypto influencers in different platforms like youtube, twitter, tiktok, instagram. Telegram call marketing is also useful.

There are groups of popular influencers that got popularity and either have Telegram Channels with actual audience into low caps, or public open chats with like 20,000+ members. A call means you reach to the group owner, and they drop you a sponsored message, in a form of a pin or chart. But these are very picky, especially the legit ones would like to see volume, catalyst, utility, before they called it

started a crypto in 2017 ran it hard, then remade it in 2021. I will say the best way to market and build a currency is to make something total crap. make the site look nice, make it a obvious meme or scam token the more cliche the name the better. then market it telling everyone its 100x and it gives returns all this bs.... it will sell better than a legit project.

Hey,

I am a Crypto marketer, I can do most listings, trendings, voting services etc on CMC, CG, Reddit

Also, can do cg, cmc and dextools trending (the most lucrative services)

Can demonstrate for free also some of them. My tg handle to connect with me is: dekidev

Influencers / KOL are the key. But sometimes PR works just well.
