There won't be any issue to making transfer from canadian account to indian account. Just one main thing to remember the account which you have opened with bank in canada that under the category of student quota and if you make such crypto & International transaction in that account then it gonna be 100% problem for you in terms of funds clarifications as well as you will have pay taxes on that.
