At the end of your promotional post, add a link to your telegram group, but in my experience, most people will message the page before I send them the link to join the telegram group.

It all depends on your budget
If your budget is $1k or more per month, then go for resources with crypto news, i.e. you need funds to pay for posting on these sites.
If you have little or no funds, you need to post on crypto forums, in social networks in relevant groups, etc.

Facebook ads are a good way. 200$ a day for ads should get you tons of traffic. But pixel and tracking are very important
