Good resource. Segmenting leads by interest or coin type usually improves engagement and follow ups.
But some people say they make good results with that, I don't know.

Build your own trusted community with reviews. It takes time but it will be paid off. Otherwise, spend time to find reliable source of leads that you can trust.

If by sheets you mean a spreadsheet where you can cold email other people then you'd be better off creating a website//blog/facebook group that you own, build it and become an authority and then use it to bring in fresh members. Just plain cold emailing will get you to the junk folder of your clients and it will not work at all.

I think it is still best to genuinely create a community where fellow crypto enthusiast can interact, or maybe if you are urgently looking for one as of the moment, then look for the same community, you can start from there.

yes, crypto lead lists exist even big spreadsheets/databases but most of them are low quality, risky, or borderline spam traps. The real game is how you build + use leads, not just buying a sheet.
I’ve done cold emailing for crypto-related offers, and the biggest challenge isn’t finding leads, it’s deliverability. Most standard SMTP or Google Workspace accounts get flagged immediately in this niche because spam filters are extra aggressive with crypto
What worked for me was switching to infrastructure that handles warmup and inbox rotation automatically, combined with unique content per recipient (not just {firstname} tokens). Even with a good lead list, if your emails don’t hit the primary inbox, the campaign fails
If you’re just starting, I’d focus less on buying a “crypto lead sheet” and more on setting up a sending system that can actually reach those leads. Happy to share what setup ended up working if you’re testing different approaches
Lead sheet can be generated from every crypto niche group or pages using social media profiles to scrape target crypto traffics with direct information used for register and other needed contact like phone and location.

Most public “crypto lead sheets” are recycled junk, same emails sold 50 times and full of traps. @Laylians if you test cold email, don’t start with a big list... start with a tiny segment where you know why they should care, like holders/community members/businesses in one niche. Crypto inbox trust is low, so the offer has to look boring and legit, not “make money” or “recover funds” type wording or you’ll just burn domains. Also verify everything before sending, bad bounce rate will kill you faster than the copy.
