Does anyone know where to start with Crypto gaming? Someone said they make a bag with it. They said I should not get involved in games where I have to buy things such as NFTs

Hamster Kombat is pretty popular these days, people are farming it to receive an airdrop down the road.
 
There are many projects out there from various games genres. Start with Coinmarketcap or coigecko and see which game would fit your skillset best. Some are good at shooting while other are good at strategy. But DYOR before picking the project.

NFTs fluctuate in price so the person that suggested this is correct.
 
I think it doesn't worth it, they probably pay peanuts for most players

During pandemic, play-to-earn type of game suddenly boom and most of the first users really bagged huge money. An example of a game is Axie Infinity, Vulcanversed, guild of guardians, etc. You can do your own research which game you would love to check out
 
You should look for projects that have not yet launched but already have a large user base, and that have developed social networks and good partnerships
