actually I called both banks and they both said that only USA residents are allowed.

That’s not true. And yes, if you call them and say that they will automatically say no. You gotta go to the US, set an appointment, and physically go there and ask to open. Do not say “I’m not a resident” or anything related. Just bring your passport, have a US address (virtual mail boxes are usually fine) and have a US phone number. And of course bring your company EIN. If they say only us residents, say ok thank you and schedule on another branch location. I have a business in the US and I have an account in Bank of America and Chase, I’m from Brazil.

Whats the tax rate in Wyoming, unable to find the right % some say 3-4% and some say 30%

I also have not filed for taxes yet. I will do it on december
I am waiting for December, any idea about the tax % in Wyoming

Its 20% Man for majority of states how do i know because i have Company in Texas and New jersey
As non residents its only sales tax man from what i understand. I plan to consult with a CPA next week. But wanted to do my homework before i talk to them

Wyoming has no state income tax. At 4%, the state's sales tax is one of the lowest of any state with a sales tax, though counties can charge an additional rate of up to 2%.

Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming do not levy state income taxes, while New Hampshire doesn't tax earned wages. ... Alaska had the lowest tax burden in the U.S. in 2021, though it was also one of the least affordable states to live in

I've had the most success with BofA so far.

Definitely don't try it with Citi. I opened up a bank account specifically for crypto only through them, and within a year they sent me a letter saying they were closing my account. No reason stated of course, but since I only ever used it for Coinbase, Kraken and Binance, it's pretty safe to assume the reason.

I don't recommend Citibank neither, I have an account with Bank of America.
