Depends on your channel, if it's really good you would make a lot more money being a brand ambassador for random projects that you find legit. And yes you can monetize it with YouTube but the revenue will be much different.

Yes many crypto channels are doing good. Currently there are less sponsorships but it has bright future.

You can get approved. But you should try to post unique content in crypto channel so that people come to your channel.

Even if you do not get good money from AdSense ads, there is option to get paid with sponsors. Some exchanges pay huge money in this niche.
