Crypto Botting Journey

No trades were made today as IOTA was the top loser therefore the bot did not see any opportunity elsewhere. This bot is no good in a bear market where your coin is in last place.
I will ride this out for a couple days and see where things go. It has recovered a bit but still looks bad.

Once things get better, I will consider diversifying into two portfolios:
1 - Moderate risk (will do some research)
2 - Low risk (BTC, Monero, Maybe Ether) Will do some more research.

I will also start looking into testing the bot that Xyox is using.

Will keep this journey going. Cheers.

Another day goes by without any trades since IOTA is still in last. But is is going back up. up like 5% from yesterday. This sucks because everything else is gaining...
Once IOTA normalizes, I'm adding a second bot.

It assumes that all user defined cryptos will follow a similar trend so it will capitalize on the coin that is lagging behind.

It assumes all USER DEFINED coins are positively correlated. That's an important part that I didn't factor in and now I'm down. I pretty much stuck with the default list of coins.
oh cool, I am half way done writing this post and I am up another 5% from 2 hours ago. Back to 1400.
 
I removed IOTA from my portfolio as it seems to always be losing money. I am up around 5% from yesterday. I also deposited $350 from My Ether Wallet to make a new portfolio.
Portfolio 1: $1473 (Starting investment $1400)
Portfolio 2: $350 (Starting investment $350)

Unfortunately, I do not have a second VPS so portfolio 2 will run on my personal computer for now. I may run it on a laptop overnight in the future. I will post my coins list later on too. Yesterday night I was doing my own analysis and made some charts to compare a list of crypto currencies but I saved it as a CSV and lost all the charts... I will restart that next week and post some pics here.

Its going alright. I got tired to sending photos from my phone to my PC and then resizing them for this lol. I'll keep the journey going as a weekly thing.

Up overall but it seems slow. I'm convinced that this bot works with certain coin lists. But as for my list... I think I might've performed better if I had diversified into all my coins and left them without trading at all.

I merged my portfolios and made two small investments into POND and SXP for fun.

Currently I am at $2,900. So I did compare my bot earnings vs if I had held and no trade. The bot wins by a lot. SO I convinced that the bot is doing its job. I will continue to run it forever even through the next crash.

For those askign try search in r/cyrptocurrency. there are a lot people sharign thebot link at gifthub. but it's not auto pilot. you need to setup the bot, put the strategy, and work it out.
 
Show us how many coins you gained, not how many dollars as it is irrelevant when crypto goes up every day.

My percentage of a BTC is shown on the screenshot. Is that not enough? I am down from my last post right now btw. Was up at 0.052BTC this morning and now I'm at 0.045.
