Apparently, artists sell their art on blockchain sites like https://opensea.io/assets/crypto-art as crypto art and they make millions of dollars.

Do you think a printed picture in a bad quality frame made in China is worth 50$? Ikea does.

Regardless, when it comes to ANY crypto, there are 3 questions you need to ask to prevent getting RIPPED

1) Is there a hard cap?
2) Is the hard cap below 50 Million?
3) Is the blockchain mechanism FULLY DECENTRALIZED (distributed)?

Any NO on the 3 means a HARD PASS!
 
Maybe the owners of this platform want to make the buzz and show fake sales of crappy gif's to attract people

CryptoPunks is fascinating.
I was already flabbergasted when common and non-unique skins sold for 5, 10, or 15€ in some games. But now we've reached another level.
We can't even call It a scam. Buyers know what they pay for.
 
The transaction fees (gas) are ridiculous in this space. Even for a free item, you have to pay close to ~20 in ETH gas fee

Yeah if you are trying to sell stuff and hoping to bank hard you can forget it. Now I am looking at this with different lens. I am about to invest my money and start my own platform for the NFT and crypto punks.

Also I am starting something similar to Shopify but it will be NFT based as well so people can launch their own NFT stores easily. Similar to how Amazon started and then Shopify came along and made it easier to launch your own e-commerce stores with the drag and drop interface.

I would write a detailed guide here but I won't bother as a lot of people here are struggling to make a dollar a day online and this method will require startup cash. Everything I am doing is being boot strapped by me. Not to hijack the thread but I am also looking into making Apple Music bots and Spotify bots as well since SMM panels are dead and microworkers work like a charm but there is a hard cap.

Have a lot of work cut out but crypto is the future, defi is the future, along with the NFT/crypto punk stuff. DEEP FAKES is the future too as I helped with some viral deep fakes recently. It was all in the news too.

This bullshit is one case where people that say it's a bubble based only on pure speculation and FOMO are 100% right.

There's no true value to these things and it's clearly an orchestrated industry with the people that set up these platforms creating the initial artificial demand. Mark Cuban is a fucking hasbin who doesn't know wtf he's talking about, same with Gary V hyping this bullshit.

No NFT is worth $100,000. It is literally bought only to try to resell to some other motherfucker for more. They don't do anything. The people that buy them clear don't sit there and even appreciate the "art".

Each to their own, and there's clearly money to be made. But while NFTs as a concept are interesting, the hype around this and prices they're selling for are absolutely ridiculous and a huge number of nooby retards are going to get fingered super duper hard when the bottom falls out of the market.

DeFi is very promising indeed, I don't think governments will let all of this take place btw, so better bank from it while it lasts.
NFTs will be a success when those rificulous fees will be things from the past.
 
I can confirm this is surely very profitable. One group I joined shared free nft giveaway news where users are making money by selling those nfts later. Free money, we all want it.

A lot of people say NFT's are the new ICO/scam but there are some great applications. I like WAX because it lets you mint for free.
 
There's definitely a lot of money to be made I made 10k for my random drawing I made years ago :)
 
Many are already making good money with it. You can even get some nfts at throwaway prices currently.
