Try Coinbase, i heard about them, i am going to sign up too, as i want bitcoins in my affiliate portfolio.
in fact, I've had already a wallet with them and I did not pay attention to their programs

To be honest i have it on my "to do" list, i have not started as yet. So did you check your spam folder? Sometimes when you sign up to affiliate sites the confirmation email goes into the spam folder.
I did and i didn't find in my spam mails ...I count to search for networks that offer Crypto CPA.../ affiliations program to diversify my portfolio
Do you have experience with them?

Trading fees. If he buys 1 BTC, you will get very less even at current rates.

For me, Binance is the best so far.
Binance shares with u a % of your referrals fee its very small for a business where capitalisation market *300 in a short time

Depending on what kind of target audience you have - investors or traders, Coinbase and Binance should be your top options to choose from.
They become a little bit hard to get accepted into their programs i guess ?

I don't know ad networks in cryptocurrency, but for affiliate I think you can not get better than Binance, your other option might be Coinbase but they are paying one time. I would prefer Binance instead. If you can also reach and keep 500 BNB at some point, referral % will be doubled.

Keeping 500 bnb in your wallet ? Or sigma of your all transactions in the platform? Coz its a big amount its about 20K $ !
