Hello. I have a telegram channel and i need to bring members to it through meta ads or x ( twitter ) i can pay 15% of my ads budget and i do normally around 300$ to 500$ daily budget . Dont come if you are a scammer cause i will not pay a dollar before i see ads approved cause im tired of scammers. Thank you
