Yes, find a token which is trading on dex and lower tier cex, use the cex api and make an arbitrage bot which buys where it's cheaper and sells where it's higher

There is very less money to be made here unless you have large capital like millions. You will be making loss on transactions if they are small with the fees and movements in price.

Its simply maximizing the price difference on different exchanges, for example get a specific token at a lower price then sell it on a high price on different exchange, with that you earn a profit with a price discrepancy

It's all bots. Humans can't compete fast enough. You need real fast bots connected to both exchanges and you need to trade absolutely fast on both.
All the times when I was trying to make money on crypto arbitrage, there was a pair of currencies that was showing good margin between two exchanges, and when I'm sending money on that where the rate is lower the exchange receiving money and freezing the par or simply money didn't accept and get mowhere. All time it was happening when there was a problems with node or something.
That's why I decided not to make any arbitrage anymore. At least I used small amounts of crypto.
