Why So Many Fraud Leads?!
this Dec I just been tortured too much by new publishers from Bangladesh n India n Egypt
they come contact on Skype, sharing Dashboard screenshot and perfect quality reports, saying only good traffic and valid leads will be delivered. But eventully almost all of their leads marked as fraud by adv, payment rejected of course.
would like to know if there's any effective measure to avoid such thing? like what proofs they can definitely unable to provide if they delivering spam trafficand make up leads?

We've had the same issues here. I'm not sure what proof you can get but we pretty much quit accepting affiliates from those Countries. Especially Bangladesh. If you want to give someone a test run give them an offer or 2 to start with and see how that goes. Really hard to know upfront if they are legit.
