Registering a company is important step to make if you are serious about internet business.Obviously it does.Can you provide more information about that subject.One can register a company online and offline(local).So,where do you register your company and how is that related to local laws?Is it easier to get accepted to affiliate network as a company?Do you have many companies registered or just put anything in company box when you apply for some affiliate network in dependence what you are really intend to do?

Well it depends what country you're in. In the UK companies are registered at companies
house. They're easy to form yourself if you know what you're doing but they're so cheap
to have one formed for you or to buy one off the shelf you might as well buy online.
There is more to running a company than just forming it. You need a director, company secretary and a registered office. You have to keep minutes and submit accounts even
if you haven't traded. You will become liable for corporation tax and you cant just treat
it as your personal bank account. You will need to pay yourself a wage and pay the tax
