Crossing the view threshold with shorts videos

You should upload a full length video and after that you can edit that full length video into shorts this might help you gain views for the original video. Works for me.

You really have to post stuff that gets people's attention or gets them commenting on your videos. I'm gonna give you one small tip that seems to help me out a lot.
Every single time you post a video(shorts) immediately give that video a thumbs up and also leave a comment right after you post it. No need to use a different account youtube doesn't care.
I have lots of little secrets for youtube shorts but if I told you all of them I'd have to yeah you guessed it

YouTube Shorts are videos that are no more than 60 seconds long in length. When added under the 'Featured' category, you can see a significant amount of increment in the hits, and therefore the view count and the playback duration of your YouTube channel gets directly affected.

Hello bhw,
I have a channel in the kids category with high subscribers. since the subscribers are old, many of them are not active, so the subscriber does not contribute much to the view. i share normal videos on my channel, but not many people watch them. no matter how good content i publish, i can't exceed a certain number of views. the views officially hit a barrier and froze.

I was uploading 3-4 normal videos and 2-3 shorts a week. I'm thinking of reducing the number of normal videos and uploading shorts for a certain period of time. I believe in the threshold theory and I think I can overcome this with shorts videos?

your ideas are important to me.
Shorts are future. You should upload one shorts daily. And when you are getting lot of views, you can move to long videos like once a week.

Yes, shorts are a really good way to reach more people on Youtube. They'll watch your videos and if they like the videos, they'll visit your channel and watch more. You can get more subscribers too.

Actually nope it didn't help. when i stopped to upload shorts its went up randomly. No matter what I do, this channel draws a statistic that it wants. there is no meaning to what am i doing.
