Cross-linking my blog with other blogs?

I have got some links for my blog from other blogs in my niche (and thanks to these links I have quite good Google rankings) and now I'm writing an article in which I want to mention some of these blogs and include links to them, too. However, I'm afraid that Google might consider this as link exchange - if I link from my site A to site B and then there already also is a link from this site B to my site A. Can doing this harm my Google rankings?

It will consider that it is links exchange because it is really link exchange. Also, it happens in one period of time, so absolutely yes
